Created for handleless kitchen concepts and premium cabinetry, the Noble 109 is a fully integrated wine cooler offering precise, independent temperature control for red and white wines simultaneously. It shares its 1784 mm installation height with the Noble 72, but prioritises maximum bottle capacity over display shelving — transforming wine storage into a central architectural feature inside contemporary kitchens, premium home bars and bespoke cabinetry concepts.

Unlike traditional built-in column wine coolers that require visible plinth ventilation, the Noble 109 uses an integrated auto-ventilation system that allows clean, plug-and-play installation into the surrounding cabinetry without disrupting kitchen aesthetics. The DVN-109.291DOP.TO version can additionally be fitted with a matching furniture panel for a fully concealed look. This preserves a continuous, uninterrupted furniture line at full-height scale.

The cabinet is engineered with fan-assisted cooling powered by an inverter compressor, low-vibration operation, UV-protected reversible Low-E glass, soft-closing Hettich hinges and a built-in heater for stable performance even in cooler ambient conditions.

With 109 bottles split across two independent zones, reds and whites can be stored together, each held at its own ideal serving temperature: 5–10°C for whites and sparkling wines, 10–18°C for reds.
